Cancellation Policy
To ensure each client receives the highest level of care and attention, all appointments are reserved exclusively. Cancellation & Rescheduling A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours will incur the full treatment fee. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time to avoid disruption to subsequent clients. The full treatment fee will still apply. Missed Appointments Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in the full treatment fee being charged. Booking & Payment Appointments may require a deposit or full payment at the time of booking to secure your time. Health & Treatment Suitability Treatments are tailored on the day based on your skin behaviour and consultation. In some cases, treatment may be adjusted to ensure safety and optimal results.
