Shipping Policy
We aim to dispatch all orders promptly and orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 working days, excluding weekends and bank holidays. During launch periods, promotions, or high-volume periods, dispatch may take slightly longer.
Shipping options, delivery estimates, and charges are shown at checkout based on your location and order value.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. Where available, tracking details will be included so you can follow your parcel.
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import charges may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Please ensure your delivery details are entered correctly at checkout. We cannot accept responsibility for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect address information.
If your parcel arrives damaged, or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us at office@antoniaburrell.com with your order number and details so we can assist.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of skincare and hygiene standards, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used products unless an item is faulty, damaged, or sent in error.
If you have changed your mind, unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. To request a return, please email office@antoniaburrell.com with your order number and reason for return before sending anything back.
Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Unless an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once your return has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 to 10 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.
